DIY Marble Name Plaque

First, you want to set out newspaper across the surface you are working on. I decided to use the floor.
I found this name plaque at Target in the $1 section when you first enter the store during the holiday season! It was the perfect find for my friend Joy

This project requires very little material, thank goodness. All you will need is black and white acrylic paint, two cups, and water. You won't even be using much of the acrylic paint.

Add water to dilute your paint. This will allow the paint to move more freely, and will help give the marble effect we are looking for.

Pour your white mixture across spotted areas, and swish it around.

Add black!

Just keep moving it around until you have the desired effect.
